FMT  places importance on social and environmental development. By training employees to be conscious and aware of the care

of the environment both inside and outside. Encourage employees to pay attention to the environment around themselves and

continually improvement by earnestly implementing 5S activities in every department.  We emphasis on participation with

communities and government agencies according to sustainable development guidelines by support in various activities for the benefit

of society in terms of quality of life improvement, education, health, safety and environment with continual care and goodwill of

community and society.  In 2023, FMT has social and community development surrounding the factory as follows.

The company supports the budget for Children's Day activities to schools in the community, supporting drinking water to the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Officers in Thap Kwang Municipality Area for road safety campaign during the Songkran and New Year festival. And supporting sweets and appliance for children and elderly to sharing happiness to people in community surrounding FMT.

3. FMT rice donation and sharing happiness to 9 villages nearby company in Thap Kwang Municipal. Receiving by village leaders, for helping the impoverished person in each community.
